We collect the following categories of personal data: registration data (name, email, password), usage data (listings created, connected marketplaces), product photos uploaded to the platform, payment data (managed by Stripe, we do not store card data), support communication data.

2. How we use data

Data is used to: provide and improve the MarketFlow service, authenticate users and ensure account security, process payments via Stripe, send service communications (invoices, important updates), analyze usage to improve the user experience.

3. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with: marketplaces (eBay, Subito) to publish your listings (with your explicit consent), payment processors (Stripe) to manage transactions, AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) to analyze product photos.

4. Data security

We adopt advanced security measures: AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data, automatic daily backups, limited staff data access, continuous monitoring for unauthorized access, GDPR compliance.

5. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data in structured format, object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies necessary for the service to function and analytical cookies (anonymized) to improve the platform. We do not use profiling cookies for advertising purposes.
